The Production Center Brisbane offers a highly economically profitable business model partnership that produces premium quality insoles for the Measuring Center. With a close work relationship between you, as a Measuring Center and us, as a Production Center, the process is seamless with a quick turnaround time, guaranteeing you only the best finishes.

The Process

 

A specialist at your chosen Measuring Center will perform a thorough foot and gait assessment, and take a 3D scan of your feet using the OrthoFit Digitizer to analyze your foot profile and pressure weight distribution, a 3D rendering of your insoles is then created and the necessary adjustments are made using the CAD software. Once this is completed the data is sent to the Production Center where the milling process begins using the CNC Milling Machine. Once the insoles are complete they are inserted into your prefered shoe.

I have used Orthema devices for 10 years and find the software and strength of the devices cover the most complex conditions easily without the need to use rigid devices for control. The material memory is also excellent with little compression over many years of wear. OrthoSwiss provides a high level of customer support with prompt turnaround and minimal finishing required by the podiatrist.
